Rosewood Munich
Housed within two buildings which formerly served as the headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the aristocratic residence Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, this 132-room hotel features Cuvilliés restaurant, and a 1,300 sqm Asaya Spa.
Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort
This former Sheraton hotel has been renovated and reflagged under Minor Hotels’ Tivoli brand, with features including 284 rooms, three outdoor swimming pools, padel courts, spa facilities and three F&B venues including Yazuka sushi restaurant.
Room2 Belfast
The fourth property by Eco hotel brand room2 – and the first outside of England – features 175 rooms across nine floors as well as a café, tea room, four meeting and event spaces, a fitness centre, bar, restaurant and laundry room.
Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe
This renovated all-inclusive resort hotel features 540 rooms and suites, as well as adult-only and family-friendly pools, and eight F&B venues including FLAMA STK steakhouse and Mexican restaurant Maxal.
AlmaLusa Alfama
The third property by Portuguese group AlmaLusa Hotels is housed within a restored 12th century building in Lisbon’s Alfama district, and features 25 rooms, as well as Delfina Cafe.
Wyndham Grand Barbados, Sam Lord’s Castle Resort & Spa
Situated on the former site of Sam Lord’s Castle on the southeastern side of the island of Barbados, this new-build all-inclusive property features 422 rooms, lagoon-style swimming pools, and F&B options including steak and seafood bar Castle View.
Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton
The first property under Hilton’s new Spark “premium economy” brand is located in Mystic, Connecticut, and features 120 rooms, a seasonal outdoor pool and a 24-hour retail market.
Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort & Spa
Situated on the West Bay Beach of Roatan Island in Honduras, this 119-room property features four restaurants and bars, and Kao Kamasa Spa with a glass-bottomed infinity pool looking down into the petrified coral reef of the Iron Shore.
Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club
This 300-suite and private villa adults-only resort features several outdoor pools, spa facilities, and a total of ten dining options including Barefoot Grill, Half Time Sports Bar, and Coco Cafe.
Novotel Kinshasa La Gombe
Accor’s first Novotel property in the Democratic Republic of Congo features the brand’s new Metro design, with facilities including 115 rooms, a swimming pool and rooftop bar and restaurant KauKau.
Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Berlin Potsdamer Platz
The 161-room new-build property features a street art design motif created by local graffiti artists, with facilities including a fitness centre, BoBo Berlin restaurant and a bakery.
DoubleTree by Hilton Varanasi
This 144-room hotel is located around 25 minutes from Varanasi city centre, and features 144 rooms, an outdoor pool, all-day-dining restaurant and bar, and 20,000 square feet of events space.
The Residence Douz
Cenizaro Hotels & Resorts’ first desert resort is located in southern Tunisia, and features 50 villas, a pool, two restaurants and a Spa by Clarins, all set within 14 hectares of rolling dunes.
ibis Styles Goa Vagator
Located close to Goa’s Manohar International airport (MOPA), this 142-room hotel features an all-day dining restaurant, fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool and an amphitheatre.
Kimpton Hotel Theta
Formerly home to the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square 8th Avenue, this 364-room New York hotel has reopened following a redesign, with features including lobby coffee shop Cafe Otto, and the rooftop Bar Sprezzatura (opening in 2024).
