So here we round-up some of the new properties which have been unveiled this month. We’ll aim to keep this updated throughout the month, and then start a new feature for May, and so on.

Dusit Suites Athens
The first Dusit-branded property in Europe is located in the Glyfada suburb of Athens, and features 36 suites with private balconies, as well as a heated vitality pool, Mediterranean restaurant and bar with O Live, and pan-Asian restaurant DAO.
INNSiDE Barcelona Apolo
The former Hotel Apolo has reopened under Melia’s INNSiDE brand following an €8 million renovation programme. Features include 314 rooms, as well as informal bar and grab-and-go area Bite Box, and the refurbished La Terraza Restaurant.
Palazzo Tirso Cagliari – MGallery
This former palace dating back to the 1920s has been transformed into an 85-room boutique hotel, featuring rooftop restaurant CIELO and signature eatery TERRA, as well as two bars and a 300 sqm l’Occitane spa.
Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes
The sixth Hyatt Regency branded hotel in Mexico is located in the capital’s Colonia del Valle business district, and features 201 rooms as well as a 14th floor Regency Club Lounge, Mexican restaurant Muralis, and 7.24 Skybar and Terrace.
Swissôtel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center
The hotel has reopened following an extensive four-year renovation programme, with 467 redesigned guestrooms and suites, and facilities including and indoor swimming pool and Pretty Clouds restaurant for traditional Tanjia Cuisine.
Marty Hotel Bordeaux, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Located in the city’s Mériadeck business district, this 61-room hotel features a lobby bar “topped with an avalanche of chandeliers” and “decorated in a fusion of classical wood, steel, and concrete industrial features interspersed with bright colors, vintage furniture, and multi-textured fabrics”.
Amyth of Mykonos
This all-suite hotel marks the first property by the Thanos Hotels group outside of Cyprus. Situated on a hilltop at the edge of the village of Agios Stefanos, the property features a swimming pool overlooking the Agean Sea, as well as an outdoor fitness centre and Amyth Kouzina restaurant.
JW Marriott Masai Mara Lodge
Situated within the Masai Mara National Reserve in Southwestern Kenya, the lodge marks Marriott’s debut in the luxury safari segment. Features include 20 private tents with terraces overlooking the River Talek, as well as the indoor and alfresco Sarabi Restaurant.
Hilton Monterrey
This 225-room hotel is located 23 miles from Mariano Escobedo International airport, and features a farm‑to‑table restaurant, a rooftop bar, and meeting and events facilities including a ballroom accommodating up to 600 guests.
Mercure Miri City Centre
Situated on the island of Borneo in the Malaysian state of Sarawak, this 172-room property features a rooftop Asian and Latin American-themed restaurant and bar, as well as an infinity swimming pool and meeting, events and co-working space.
COMO Le Montrachet
The Como Group’s first property in France is located in Puligny-Montrachet in the country’s Burgundy region. The hotel is housed across three heritage buildings, and features 30 rooms and suites, and Le Montrachet restaurant.
Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort
The first Avani-branded property in the Maldives is situated on the island of Fares, and features 176 keys ranging from beach pool villas and four-bedroom beach pavilions to three-bedroom over water villas, as well as seven restaurants and bars.
