So here we round-up some of the new properties which have been unveiled this month. We’ll aim to keep this updated throughout the month, and then start a new feature for April, and so on.

Hyatt Regency San Luis Potosí
This 134-room property is situated in the Las Lomas district of San Luis Potosí, and features an outdoor swimming pool, Californian-Mexican fusion restaurant Sonoma, cocktail bar Dry Martini, and Goucho Prime BBQ restaurant.
Radisson Blu Hotel, Riyadh Convention & Exhibition Center
Attached to the Riyadh International Conference and Exhibition Center, this 223 room hotel features two restaurants, seven meeting spaces, and a lounge for guests staying in executive rooms and suites.
Accor’s 22nd ibis hotel in India is located in the city of Thane, around 50 minutes’ drive from Mumbai International airport. Features include 186 rooms, as well as “multi-cuisine” restaurant Spice It, a web corner, and fitness and business centres.
greet Wien City Nord
Situated in Vienna’s 21st district, this 96-room hotel has been designed around the theme of a Viennese allotment garden, and features a breakfast room, bistro and 24-hour mini market in the lobby area, as well as a Second Chance boutique where used items are sold for charity.
Hampton by Hilton Quito La Carolina Park
This 135-room hotel is situated close to the city’s Metropolitan and Carolina Parks, and features a rooftop garden, three meetings spaces on the 13th floor, a fitness centre, and lobby-level co-working space.
The former Cannes Grand Hotel on the city’s Promenade de la Croisette has reopened as Mondrian Cannes, following renovation works which have seen the addition of a new fitness centre, and Mr Nakamoto restaurant and bar.
hub by Premier Inn London Clerkenwell
This 180-room hotel is located on London’s Farringdon Road, and is part of a wider development on the site of a former NCP car park, which will also feature an adjacent six-floor building offering retail and office space.
Hyatt Centric Ville-Marie Montréal
Located in the heart of Old Montréal, the hotel features 177 rooms, Quebéc-British fusion restaurant Cartier Arms, 5,000 square feet of meeting space, and a rooftop pool which is scheduled to open this summer.
The Momentus Hotel Alexandra
Located in the city-state’s Queenstown district, this 442-room hotel features a 25-metre infinity pool with views of southwestern Singapore, the Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie, and a 19th floor club lounge.
Premier Inn Keswick
The 71-room Keswick hotel is Premier Inn’s first property within the Lake District National Park. and features the group’s growing Premier Plus room category, as well as a restaurant and 29 onsite parking spaces.
Mövenpick BalaLand Resort Lake Balaton
Accor’s first Mövenpick hotel in Hungary is situated on the coast of the largest lake in Central Europe, and features interiors inspired by Jules Verne’s novel “Around the world in 80 days”, with facilities including Pirate Restaurant & Terrace, the Reform Club bar, and a spa with with three saunas, a salt cabin and a steam room.
JEN Shenzhen Qianhai by Shangri-La
The group’s ninth JEN property is located within the mixed use Qianhai Kerry Centre, and features 369 rooms, all-day dining restaurant OpenHouse, two swimming pools, a 2,400 sqm fitness centre, and the brand’s JEN SOCIETY co-working and meeting concept.
The Palmetto Hotel
The Palmetto is situated in Charleston’s historic French Quarter, and features 45 rooms with 55-inch TVs, Nespresso machines and Bamford toiletries, as well as lobby bar with craft cocktail menu.
