La Fantaisie
This boutique hotel is situated in Paris’ 9th arrondissement, and features 63 rooms and ten suites created by Swedish designer Martin Brudnizki , as well as spa facilities and the glass-roofed Golden Poppy restaurant.
Mama Shelter Dijon
Accor-backed brand Mama Shelter has opened its tenth French hotel, featuring 120 rooms overlooking vineyards and the Saint-Bénigne cathedral, as well as a restaurant with outdoor terrace, and a 28-seat private cinema.
Avant Mar
Situated on the Greek island of Paros, this 38-room boutique hotel features a 55-metre-long swimming pool, as well as a wellness centre with open-air yoga and pilates theatre, and Matsuhisa Paros restaurant by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa.
Ipswich Central Travelodge
Ipswich’s fourth Travelodge is located next to the town’s football club, and features the group’s new budget-luxe design, with 100 rooms including Travelodge’s SuperRooms concept, and an onsite Bar Cafe.
Regina Experimental, Biarritz
Previously trading under Accor’s MGallery and Mercure brands, this Belle Epoque property has been refurbished by the Experimental Group, and features 72 rooms, Frenchie Biarritz restaurant and bar, and an outdoor swimming pool.
Hilton Okinawa Miyako Island Resort
This 329-room new-build property is the first Hilton hotel on Japan’s Miyako Island, and features four restaurants and bars including signature eatery ISOLETTA, and YUNAI Rooftop Bar, as well as a total of five indoor and outdoor pools.
Aloft San Pedro Sula
Located in the northern Honduran city of San Pedro Sula, this 122-room hotel features the brand’s signature WXYZ bar and Re:charge fitness centre and splash pool, as well as motorcycle and car-themed Depot Restaurant.
Mercure Larnaca Beach Resort
This beachfront property offers 60 rooms, a spa, fitness centre, outdoor pools and a private beach, and features a graffiti mural in the lobby area depicting Larnaca’s Salt Lake landscape.
Adagio Original Toulouse Centre La Grave
Adagio’s fourth property in Toulouse is located in the city’s Saint Cyprien district, and features 114 apartments accommodating up to six people, as well as a fitness centre and communal areas “inspired by the authentic cobbled communal squares and bastides of the Midi-Pyrénées”.
The Ritz-Carlton, Naples
Not exactly new, but this 474-room Florida property has reopened following last year’s closure as a result of damage from Hurricane Ian. The hotel had already been undergoing a transformation project, and now features the Vanderbilt Tower with 70 new club level guestrooms and three new dining experiences.
ZEL Mallorca
A joint project between Meliá Hotels International and tennis player Rafa Nadal, this 165-room hotel is located in Palmanova, and features two swimming pools, spa facilities, and Beso Beach Mallorca restaurant.
Hilton Garden Inn La Romana
The brand’s first hotel in the Dominican Republic is located between Punta Cana and Santo Domingo, and features 130 rooms with private balconies, as well as an infinity pool and Garden Grill restaurant.
1 Hotel Mayfair
This 181-room property is located on Berkeley Street within the former Holiday Inn London Mayfair, and features ground floor restaurant Dovetail, cocktail bar Dover Yard, and a Bamford Wellness Spa (opening late August).
Gran Meliá Nha Trang
This all-suite property is situated within the Vega City Nha Trang development, and features 274 keys including 94 private pool vilas, as well as Spanish restaurant Hispania, an infinity pool, Turkish bath, and private outdoor onsens overlooking lagoons.
The Rome EDITION
The brand’s first Italian property is housed within a 1940s rationalist style building close to Via Veneto, and features 91 rooms, three bars, a rooftop lounge, bar and pool, a show-kitchen restaurant, wellness space with fitness centre and treatment rooms, and a courtyard garden.
ROOST Baltimore
This 81-unit property is located within the Baltimore Peninsula waterfront development, and features a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with kitchens, as well as an outdoor pool, fitness centre and full-service bar and lounge.
DoubleTree by Hilton Abilene Downtown Convention Center
This 200-room hotel is located in the Texan city of Abilene, and as the name would suggest next to the city’s convention centre. Features include a heated outdoor pool, smokehouse restaurant and cocktail lounge.
Travelodge London Peckham
Travelodge’s 80th London hotel is located on Peckham High Street, and features 52 rooms with king-size signature Dreamer beds, as well as a breakfast-to-go option of cornflakes, orange juice, pain au chocolat and a flapjack snack.
