So here we round-up some of the new properties which have been unveiled this month. We’ll aim to keep this updated throughout the month, and then start a new feature for March, and so on.

Le Méridien and Element Salt Lake City Downtown
Marriott’s first dual-branded hotel in Salt Lake City features a 144-room Le Méridien property and a 126-room Element hotel, as well as French and New Orleans inspired brasserie Adelaide, and rooftop fitness centre, outdoor pool and Van Ryder casual dining venue.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort
This 157-suite property is situated within the Cavalier Resort at the north end of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, and features indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a Tacos ‘N Tequila beachside shack, and Arbuckle’s Bar & Grill.
Dreams Flora Resort & Spa
The newest member of Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection is located on Cabeza de Toro beach close to Punta Cana International airport, and features several swimming pools, a spa with Swedish sauna and steam room, as well as Asian, Mexican, Italian and seafood restaurants.
Radisson Blu Resort & Conference Center, Ostróda Mazury
Radisson Hotel Group’s 18th Polish property is situated on Lake Drwęca in the Masurian Lake District, with features including 288 rooms, two restaurants, an aqua park, spa facilities, a bowling alley and a games room.
Hyatt House Sacramento/Midtown
This 128-room hotel is housed within the former Eastern Star Hall, a Romanesque Revival-style building in the city’s Sutter district, with features including Star Lounge restaurant and bar, fitness and business centres, and a guest laundry.
Comfort Hotel Riyadh Olaya
This 88-room hotel is located in the Al Olaya district of the Saudia Arabian capital, and follows the recent opening of Clarion Jeddah Airport and Comfort King Road Jeddah, as part of an agreement to add at least ten Choice-branded properties in the kingdom in the next five years.
Ibis Styles Copenhagen Orestad
This 186-room hotel is located next to the Bella Centre Metro station in the city’s Orestad business district, and features interiors “focusing on the intersection of nature and urban city living, with neon quotes, waterfall lighting and graffitied walls set beside nature scenes, illustrated wallpaper and floral carpeting”.
Numu Boutique Hotel
This 44-room hotel in Mexico’s San Miguel de Allende has opened as part of Hyatt’s Unbound Collection, and features a rooftop pool, spa, all day dining Mexican restaurant El Fogon de Don Enrique, and rooftop eatery Maura, mesa de sal.
Tribe Paris Saint-Ouen
Situated in the Batignolles district of the French capital, this 112-room property features a cafe, “low alcohol cocktail bar”, and a 70sqm green terrace hosting yoga, dance and pilates sessions.
The Yorktowne Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Located in downtown York, Pennsylvania, this 100-year-old hotel has reopened as part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection following a complete interior redesign. Features include 123 rooms, The Davidson Lobby Bar and dining room, and a fitness centre with Peleton equipment.
Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel
Previously marketed as part of the Boscolo Collection, this 19th century property has undergone a two-year renovation project, and now features 151 rooms, an Anantara Spa, and a rooftop restaurant and bar with 360-degree views of the Baie des Anges and Nice’s Old Town.
Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin
This 31-storey, 246-room hotel is located on Congress Avenue, and features interiors “evoking a modern, bohemian-chic gallery”, with facilities including all-day-dining restaurant Luminaire, as well as Las Bis terrace bar and lounge.
Casa Baglioni
The latest property by Baglioni Hotels and Resorts is located in the Brera design district of Milan, and features 30 rooms and suites, as well as Restaurant Sadler by by Michelin-starred chef Claudio Sadler.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resort
This 330-all-suite property is the first under the Embassy brand on the Caribbean island of Aruba, and features a spa, outdoor pool, and five F&B outlets including “snack and grill restaurant” Splash.
Cassia Jerusalem
The former King Solomon Hotel Jerusalem has undergone a three-year renovation project and reopened as the “wellness focused art hotel” Cassia Jerusalem, offering 148 rooms, a rooftop swimming pool, and all-day-dining restaurant Omphalos.
Doubletree by Hilton Toyama
Located in Japan’s coastal city of Toyama, this 201-room Doubletree property features all-day-dining restaurant Korare Wine and Dine, as well as fitness centre, public bath and sauna.
