Hilton is set to open its latest Hampton property in London, with the signing of a franchise agreement with Starboard Hotels.
The 146-room property will be located on Connell Crescent in the Park Royal area of the capital, and is scheduled to open in the spring of 2019.
The hotel will incorporate a listed façade, and construction is expected to start later this year, following the purchase of the site by Starboard Hotels and the Citrus Group.
The property is located next to Park Royal Underground station (on the Piccadilly Line), and close to Hanger Lane station (on the Central Line) and Park Royal Business Park.
The new development adds to the 13 branded properties owned and operated by Starboard in the UK, including the Ibis Hotel London Gatwick, the Best Western Carlton Hotel Blackpool, and the Holiday Inn Express Burnley.
Hilton recently announced plans to open Hampton properties in the UK cities of Leeds and Blackpool.
