Does any body know if there is a regulatory body for airport post nationalisation…for example Ofcom – telecommunications…Ofwat…for water supplies….since privatisation any new/replace process has been charged back to the customer….maybe they need to re-coup these costs over a longer period…and across the board rather then from a captive audience…
