Deutsche Hospitality has opened its fourth IntercityHotel in Oman. IntercityHotel Bawshar Muscat is located in the sultanate’s capital.
Situated close to the Mall of Oman, it is also a ten-minute drive to Muscat International airport, the Royal Opera House and the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque.
The 96-key property imbibes the brand’s new CityNest design concept. There are four room categories: the Deluxe suite, Accessible King room, Standard Twin room, and Standard King room. Each of them feature large floor-to-ceiling windows. The Deluxe suites also have fully equipped kitchenettes.
The hotel offers guests F&B options in the property’s CitySquare – a dynamic space for meetings and co-working.
IntercityHotel Bawshar Muscat also has The Breakery that serves homemade and freshly baked items inspired by German traditions. The Gourmet House is an all-day-dining restaurant that presents a fusion of international offerings and Omani cuisine.
The hotel has a rooftop pool bar called Pentapool Bar. Leisure amenities at the property include a rooftop swimming pool and a gym. Business facilities include five meeting rooms equipped for seminars, training sessions and events.
This is the second IntercityHotel in Muscat and the fourth in Oman. The other two are located in Salalah and Nizwa. It is also the sixth IntercityHotel property in the Middle East.
