Emaar Hospitality, the hospitality division of Emaar Properties, has rebranded its Address Fountain Views to Address Dubai Mall, effective 8 January 2024.
Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the new Address Dubai Mall is directly connected to Dubai Mall and the recently opened Chinatown Dubai Mall through an air-conditioned walkway.
Situated a few steps from Burj Khalifa, the newly rebranded property features 193-room and 783 residences. Additionally, it has six restaurants, a spa with a fitness center and an infinity pool. Events facilities at the property includes boardrooms and ballrooms too to host gatherings of various sizes.

Kempinski recently signed a partnership with Abu Dhabi National Hotels to reflag Address Boulevard and Address Dubai Mall which are now known as Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai and Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai.
Separately, the Abu Dhabi National Hotels also announced that starting 1 January 2024, three of its Dubai properties were reflagged under Marriott’s JW and Autograph Collection brands. The Address Dubai Marina will be known as the JW Marriott Hotel Marina, while the Vida Downtown Dubai Hotel will become Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection, and Manzil Downtown Dubai Hotel will be rebranded as The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection.
