Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) has announced plans to reflag three of its Dubai properties under Marriott’s JW and Autograph Collection brands.

From 1 January, 2024 The Address Dubai Marina will be known as the JW Marriott Hotel Marina, while the Vida Downtown Dubai Hotel will become Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection, and Manzil Downtown Dubai Hotel will be rebranded as The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection.

ADNH said that as part of the rebranding process “each property will undergo carefully planned enhancements to deliver tailored and world-class experiences”.

The group owns other significant properties in the region through its hotel division, including The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas, Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel and Resort, Le Meridien Abu Dhabi, Radisson Blu Abu Dhabi Corniche, and Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach.

Commenting on the news Jerome Briet, chief development officer, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Marriott International, said:

“These deals reflect our conversion friendly strategy, and our teams are committed to efficiently transitioning the three properties. With the addition of these hotels, we are excited to further expand our footprint in Dubai where we currently have a portfolio of more than 50 properties.”
