Emaar Hospitality Group’s Address Hotels and Resorts has said that it will open the Palace Beach Resort Fujairah on July 1.
It has already opened bookings for the hotel, its third beachfront property in the UAE.
Developed by Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company Eagle Hills, the Palace Resort Fujairah will feature 167 rooms and suites.
Besides, it will also have dedicated meeting and events spaces, a cascading pool, spa, a kid’s pool and a gym.
Meanwhile, its dining options will include: Ewaan, serving Arabic and international cuisine; Al Bayt Lounge for light bites; and an ocean-facing signature restaurant which will serve Oriental cuisine.
The property is located in Eagle Hills Fujairah Beach, the master-planned development by Eagle Hills.
Eagle Hills Fujairah Beach is a mixed-use development that features a gated residential community, comprising of 84 villas and townhouses available in two-, three- and four-bedrooms with beach, garden, and city views. It is the first residential development in Fujairah city with direct access to the beach.
Apart from the new Palace Beach Resort Fujairah, another high-profile hotel opening was announced earlier this year. In April, Hilton signed an agreement to manage the DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City Centre – a new build hotel that will open later this year. DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City Centre will feature 228 upscale guest rooms, meeting and event spaces and a diverse selection of restaurants and bars.
