The new-build Palace Dubai Creek Harbour will welcome its first guests in January 2024.

Emaar Hospitality Group’s final hotel within the Dubai Creek Harbour neighbourhood is a five-star hotel built along the waterfront.

It is located within a 15-minute drive from Dubai International airport as well as the emirate’s key landmarks including Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

The property will feature a rooftop infinity pool, spa, 24/7 fitness centre and a Qix Club for children. It will also have a boardroom and a business centre.

F&B offerings at Palace Dubai Creek Harbour include Fai Lounge adjacent to the infinity pool. The new concept will serve as a pool lounge during the day transforming into a trendy evening venue after sunset. Other restaurants at the hotel include Ewaan and Al Bayt that serve Levantine and local cuisine and have indoor spaces as well as al fresco terraces.

Address Hotels and Resorts debuts 1,484-key property in Makkah

At the Arabian Travel Market earlier this year, Emaar revealed plans to open eight properties across the region in 2023 and 2024. These include Address Jabal Omar Makkah, Vida Dubai Mall, Vida Creek Beach, Palace Dubai Creek Harbour, Address Marassi Beach Resort in Egypt, Vida Marina Resort and Yacht Club Marassi in Egypt, Vida Aljada, and Vida Residences Cairo Gate.

Dubai Creek Harbour where the hotel is located is a waterfront neighbourhood situated along the Dubai Creek and connected to Dubai’s main roads by three bridges. It has pedestrian-friendly streets and more than 500,000 sqm of parks and open spaces as well as a promenade overlooking the city’s skyline and the creek.

At the Dubai Creek Harbour, Emaar already has three other operational properties including the Vida Creek Harbour, Address Grand Creek and Vida Creek Beach. Vida Creek Beach, its most recent opening in that neighbourhood, features 99 rooms and suites and welcomed its first guests in October.
