TAP Air Portugal will operate a total of 91 weekly flights between Europe and Brazil next summer, as part of an expanded schedule for 2024.

The flag carrier will add 11 weekly services to Brazil from 31 March, 2024, including:

  • Three additional weekly flights between Lisbon and Recife
  • Two additional weekly services between Lisbon and Rio de Janeiro
  • One extra weekly flight on routes to Sao Paulo, Belém, Brasilia, Natal, Maceio, Porto Alegre and Salvador

Several North American routes will also see increased frequencies, with Lisbon-Toronto increasing to 13 flights per week, and the carrier’s San Francisco moving from five weekly peak summer services to six in 2024.

Other network increases include Lisbon-Maputo moving from three to four flights per week, and nine additional weekly services being added on routes to Florence and Rome.

TAP currently offers 85 weekly flights between the UK and Portugal – 71 to Lisbon and 14 to Porto, with an additional 15 weekly service between Dublin and Lisbon.
