Finnair is ramping up its services between Helsinki and Bangkok this winter, in response to increased demand for travel to Thailand.

From 29 October the airline will increase the number of winter flights from 11 per week to a double-daily service.

The flights will be operated by the airline’s A350 aircraft, featuring its new long-haul cabins which include the Air Lounge business class seats (which we reviewed earlier this year), its new premium economy product and refreshed economy cabin.

Flights will depart Helsinki at 1350 and 1630, arriving into Thailand at 0620 and 0905 respectively the following morning.

The return flights will depart Bangkok at 0800 and 1040, arriving into Finnair’s home hub at 1530 and 1810 that afternoon.

Return fares from London start from £575 in economy class, £1,134 in premium economy and £2,081 in business class.

This winter Finnair will serve 16 long-haul destinations from Helsinki, including destinations such as Singapore, Seoul and Tokyo.
