Marriott International has said that it has opened its 100th global property. The 100th opening is the new Delta Hotels by Marriott, Dubai Investment Park.

Delta Hotels by Marriott, Dubai Investment Park features 248 guest rooms and suites. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, spa, and a fitness center.

Culinary options at the property include Masian Restaurant and Bar, a full-service restaurant serving international cuisine and shisha; The Hub, a coffee shop lounge area serving coffee and snacks; and Pool Bar, with a selection of lite bites and beverages for guests lounging by the pool. Grab and Go and Delta Pantry are also present in the property. Designed to feel like a residential kitchen, the 24×7 Delta Pantry provides beverages and snacks to Marriott Bonvoy Platinum, Titanium, Ambassador Elite Members, and paying guests too.

Business facilities at the property include meeting and conference spaces across three flexible areas, including the upcoming The Hall for larger business meetings and corporate events.
