Fairmont Jaipur announced the opening of its new barbecue restaurant, Zia, which translates to ‘light’ in Arabic. Taking inspiration from the grills of Mughal era as well as American barbecue trails, it offers a unique culinary experience. Nestled in the lush citrus garden, the restaurant is ideal for an outdoor moonlit dining experience.

The menu is curated by the Executive Chef, Gaurav Malhotra and it accentuates a melange of characteristic tastes and global flavours. The restaurant’s offerings are extensive, ranging from a wide array of indulgent dishes such as Cajun Marinated Chicken, Grilled Fish with Chimichuri Sauce, Galangal rubbed Tofu and more, paired with beautifully crafted cocktails that complete the meal in a serendipitous manner.
