Marriott International has introduced 40 biryani varieties to celebrate Independence Day.
The signature menu features authentic flavours and recipes of biryani from north, south, east, and west of India. The festive special biryanis are available for dine-in and delivered home from 60+ hotels. Guests can choose from a selection of over 40 unique recipes infused with the local style of each region.
Some highlights include bhatti da murg biryani, gulnaar raan biryani, Bambaiya biryani, Kolkata mutton biryani, Madurai mutton biryani, and pothi kozhi biryani.
The signature biryanis will be available across all MBOW ( Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels) menus from hotels like the JW Marriott, Renaissance, Ritz Carlton, Westin, Sheraton, St Regis, Marriott, Courtyard, Aloft, Four Points by Sheraton, and Fairfield within cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru, Kochi, Kolkata, and Hyderabad.
