Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru has curated a Sunday Brunch to celebrate Independence Day.

The menu is a medley of delightful regional Indian delights. These include chaat station with a range of chutneys and toppings; live shawarma, appam (type of pancake) and stew station. Other delicacies on the menu are kebabs, ghee roasts, Malabar chicken biryani, and the colourful tiranga subzi pulao.

End your meal with Indian desserts like kala jamun, peda and rasmalai.

Apart from the regional Indian spread, there will be other western and Asian dishes to make for a sumptuous selection.
