Hyatt has created a package allowing people to spend the day working from one of its 400 hotels across the Americas.
The hotel group launched extended-stay programme Work from Hyatt earlier this year to cater to remote workers, but has now enhanced this programme to include a day option.
The Office for the Day package starts at US$65 per day (excluding tax) and includes a standard room with a workspace and access to hotel amenities from 0700-1900 in destinations such as Chicago, New York, San Diego, and Seattle.
Benefits include:
- High speed wifi
- 50 per cent discount on self- or valet-parking (where available)
- 15 per cent off food and drink
- Access to hotel amenities including the gym and pool (where available)
- Access to business facilities such as printer, scanner and fax machine (where available)
Guests can also access Headspace meditation and mindfulness exercises via the World of Hyatt app at over 200 participating hotels, as well as Exhale on Demand fitness classes on TVs at select Hyatt House and Hyatt Place hotels in the US.
To reserve the package, guests must use the special offer code OFFICE. World of Hyatt members are also eligible to earn points and have the package count towards elite-tier status, while they can also use points to redeem the package.
The offer is available until May 31, 2021, with cancellation at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival subject to terms and conditions.

The group’s Work from Hyatt programme will also be extended until September 21, 2021, due to high demand, with rates starting at US$139 (without tax) for a five-night minimum stay.
