British Airways Executive Club members can currently get up to triple Avios when shopping through the carrier’s estore.
The offer runs until December 23, with selected retailers attracting either double or triple the normal Avios.
Examples of those offer triple Avios include Apple (nine Avios per £1 spent instead of the normal three), Fortnum and Mason (15 Avios per £1 spent instead of five, and Argos, Currys PC World and M&S (all three Avios per £1 spent instead of one),
In addition first time users of the British Airways estore can get a 30 per cent bonus on their first transaction, for purchases made up to December 31.
To collect Avios while shopping, just log-in to your British Airways Executive Club account on the estore.
Commenting on the news, Carolina Martinoli, BA’s director of brand and customer experience, said:
“We’re all having to stay at home more, and many people will be looking online for their next purchase. Our latest promotion gives shoppers the chance to boost their Avios balances even further while they do this, which they can put towards a flight, hotel or an experience in the future.”
