The Shang Palace at Shangri-La’s – Eros Hotel, New Delhi offers you a traditional dining experience, highlighting the flavours of Sichuan, Cantonese and Yunnan cuisine. The restaurant boasts having food made from local fresh produce and authentic ingredients sourced directly from China.
The interiors are by Dubai-based Stickman Design, and feature unique motifs of bronze that give a peek into an important era in Chinese history. There are three private dining rooms for intimate gatherings as well.
The Specialty chefs at Shang Palace at Shangri-La’s – Eros Hotel, New Delhi have come up with a new menu for guests to enjoy. Some of the signatures include a dim sum selection curated by master Chef Ye Hai Jun. Sizzling water chestnut and mushroom XO dumpling, lamb pot sticker, crusty baked barbecue iberico pork bun and steamed chicken wonton in Sichuan chilli garlic oil among others are few dim sum offerings.
Straight off the barbecue kitchen are dishes such as crispy roasted duck with beluga caviar, honey glazed barbeque iberico pork, Beijing roast duck and Shang Palace roasted pipa chicken.
If you are in mood to try out some wok recipes, then choose from Chef Fulei’s creations like stir fried tenderloin with ceps mushroom and black pepper, stir fried mixed mushrooms, bamboo shoot and mustard greens, lamb in Sichuan chilli broth and signature sizzling lobster mapo tofu.
For those looking for an express lunch or dinner, Shang Palace has introduced Shangtastic dim sum lunches and set menus. Under Shangtastic dim sum lunch, guests can enjoy unlimited dim sum, a main course dish and a dessert for upwards of ₹ 1,588. Set menus are available for prices starting from ₹ 2,588.
