The government of India has unveiled an upgraded version of AirSewa digital (web portal and mobile app) platform.
The revamp aims at enhancing the user experience and ensure safety for the air travellers.
Suresh Prabhu, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Civil Aviation of India tweeted:
AirSewa 2.0 features include secure sign-up and log-in, improved grievance registration using social media and chatbot for personalised travel support.
Additionally, passengers can also check the real-time flight status and details of flight schedule using AirSewa 2.0 version.
Since its launch in November 2016, AirSewa has helped the government in resolving several concerns relating to air travel.
