Aloft Palm Jumeirah Dubai
Housed on Dubai’s artificial archipelago of Palm Jumeirah, Aloft Palm Jumeirah is the Marriott subsidiary’s first property in Dubai. The hotel offers 206 loft-inspired guestrooms all featuring SPG Keyless, a mobile check-in system in which guests can use their phones as room keys. Complete with seven restaurants and bars including a Mexican cantina that overlooks the Arabian Sea, Aloft Palm Jumeirah also offers a 24-hour gym and Re:fuel, a takeaway eatery. The hotel lies 45 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 90 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport.
Fairfield by Marriott Shanghai Jing’an
Fairfield by Marriott has opened a new property in Shanghai’s Jing’an district. Situated 14 kilometres from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and a 15-minute drive from downtown Shanghai, the hotel lies in the city’s commercial and business hub. The property features 195 guestrooms and offers numerous facilities including 381 square metres of meeting and event space, a 24-hour gym and a self-service 24/7 shop for meals on the go.
Radisson Blu Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Radisson Blu has opened its fifth hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Located near the North Corniche overlooking the Red Sea, the hotel houses 150 rooms from standard to business class and lies just 6.2 kilometres from King Abdulaziz International Airport. The hotel also features two separate health clubs for women and men, and four meeting rooms with breakout areas and a ballroom with a capacity for 120 people.

The Residence Bintan, Indonesia
Since opening properties in the Indian Ocean and North Africa, The Residence by Cenizaro will make its Indonesian debut in February 2018 with a new hotel on Bintan Island. Just an hour’s ferry ride south from Singapore, The Residence houses 28 one-bedroom beachfront villas, 12 deluxe villas, 80 one-bedroom double-storey Vista and Garden Terraces and four two-bedroom villas with private pools. Situated just ten minutes from Mykonos airport in the Greek Cyclades, Katikies Mykonos is the seventh luxury hotel by Katikies Resorts and Club. Opening in June 2018, the property features 35 rooms and suites, all with sea views and sporting traditional Cycladic architecture. Dining options both fancy and casual are available from the classic Greek Mikrasia Restaurant to the cocktail-centric Katikies Pool Bar and Restaurant. The nearby town of Mykonos also hosts stylish restaurants and vibrant nightlife.
Rosewood Half Moon Bay Antigua
Managed by Rosewood Hotels and Resorts, Half Moon Bay Antigua is set to open in 2021 in the West Indies. Adjacent to Half Moon Bay’s 27-acre national park, the resort will stretch across 132 acres of oceanfront and will feature 47 pavilion-style suites. The property will offer two pools, a fitness centre and tennis courts along with a variety of restaurants inspired by Caribbean dishes and reggae and ska music.
