The Anam, Vietnam
A new luxury beach resort has opened in the coastal town of Cam Ranh, Vietnam. Overlooking 300 metres of private beachfront, the hotel opened in April with 117 villas and 96 rooms and suites, all with access to a garden or balcony, featuring deep bathtubs, rainfall showers, Vietnamese artwork and design using natural materials sourced from sustainably cultivated forests.
A mix of contemporary Vietnamese, Asian and European cuisines are on offer at three restaurants, with poolside and fine dining options where live music is played nightly. The hotel has a spa, providing a a range of “high-touch, low tech” treatments, sauna and steam facilities, as well as a tennis court, putting green, gym and 3D film theatre.

Renaissance Atlanta Airport Gateway Hotel and Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel
Marriott International has debuted a new Renaissance airport hotel in Atlanta alongside renovations at the Renaissance Los Angeles Airport hotel. The seven-storey Renaissance Atlanta Airport Gateway hotel is one stop away on the Sky Train from Hartsfield-Jackson airport, offering 204 rooms and some 600 sqm feet of meeting space, including a 315 sqm ballroom.
Redesigned by interiors firm CRA Design, the Renaissance Los Angeles Airport hotel features a revamped lobby, meeting spaces and a new bar and restaurant, which serves Californian cuisine and local craft beer.

Another Place - The Lake, Ullswater
Newly launched hotel collection, Another Place, has opened its first property. On the shores of Ullswater, the 40-room hotel is set on 18 acres of Lake District national park, housed within a Gregorian building with a new-build wing.
Rooms feature four-poster beds and floor-to-ceiling windows, while elsewhere a bar and restaurant serve British cuisine with a focus on Cumbrian dishes. Other facilities include a 20-metre lake-view swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, library and private jetty.
Homewood Suites by Hilton Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch
Hilton’s Homewood Suites has opened on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The 133-suite property offers a combination of studio and one-bedroom units equipped with kitchens, separate living areas and bedrooms, with free hot breakfast and a grocery shopping service on offer.
Facilities include an outdoor pool, whirlpool spa, a patio with a fire pit and a business centre, plus 93 sqm of event space that can hold up to 80 people.

The White Horse, Dorking
Bespoke Hotel Collection is set to unveil a £3 million renovation of The White Horse in November. Some 16 new bedrooms have been added, bringing the number of rooms from 41 to 57. A new café and restaurant will join these, offering farm-to-table produce.

Jumby Bay Island, Antigua and Barbuda – Oetker Collection
Due to reopen under luxury hotel group Oetker Collection this October, the private island resort will be the tenth property to join the group. Located at the top of Antigua’s main island, the resort has 40 rooms and suites, 50 individually-designed and staffed villas and estate homes, plus three restaurants, a spa, gym and five tennis courts.

Grand Central Belfast, Northern Ireland
Expected to open in June 2018, this will be the seventh hotel from Hastings in Northern Ireland. The original hotel, built in 1893, will see an investment of £53 million, adding 104 rooms, a restaurant, bistro, rooftop lounge and shops.
