Workspace provider Regus has today opened a new business lounge at a service station on the M4.
The Regus Express hub is located at Leigh Delamere services on the westbound carriageway between Swindon and Bristol.
It lounge features private workstations called "ThinkPods", wifi and meeting rooms.
The new lounge is the first to open as part of a partnership between Regus and Moto, the UK's largest motorway service area provider.
John Spencer, CEO of Regus in the UK, said: "The last decade has seen a revolution in workplace attitudes and habits, creating millions of mobile and nomadic workers who aren't confined to the traditional office anymore.
"Providing them with business services on the go, from wifi to workstations to printing facilities, is an exciting and largely untapped opportunity for transport operators."
Like Regus’ 220 UK business centres, Regus Express at Leigh Delamere can be accessed with a Regus Businessworld card, at a cost of £35 per month, or with a Mobile Worker package available in Staples stores.
In May, Regus opened another hub on the M4 near Swindon (see news, May 27).
And earlier this year, the company launched a trial of 70 workhubs located in Shell service stations around Berlin (see news, March 2013).
