Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company plans to have established a total of 100 properties worldwide by 2016.
Ranging from Morocco to Japan and Israel to India, the Ritz-Carlton brand will expand to 20 more urban capitals as well as emerging tourist destinations in the next three years.
In the last 12 months, Ritz-Carlton has opened three new properties: Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton reserve in Puerto Rico, The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, and The Ritz-Carlton Vienna.

Six new Ritz-Carlton hotels are scheduled to open in the last quarter of this year, including two properties in China: The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu (see here) and the Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin (see here).
The group will also be adding The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba to its Caribbean portfolio, and looks set to expand its brand to three new countries with The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya, Israel; The Ritz-Carlton, Almaty in Kazakhstan and The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore in India.
The 2014 schedule will feature even more openings including new hotels in Kyoto, Japan; Nanjing, China; Rabat (see here), Morocco; Cairo, Egypt; Manesar, India and Bali, Indonesia.
By 2015, the group anticipates that it will open hotels and resorts in Cabo San Lucas; Oman, Muscat; Bali, Indonesia; Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; Tunis, Tunisia and Haikou, China.
