Is that fair to say that BA and Easyjet actually initially did have very distinct customer base. It is only BA’s downgrading of their service and overall quality that has made their clients confused, reaching out to Easyjet( which to me is even a different base to Ryanair).
There is space for those 2 airlines in Europe, BA still offers premium cabins that are highly profitable. However, Virgin adopted the only long haul model with premium cabins, but we all know they now try to follow a BA model too…
Perhaps BA has been right all along? After all, they are profitable airline, one of the few nowdays…

Awful foes not big to describe it.

And as for the happy jumper…..omg not even cashmere, some sort of acrylic from matalan…very Ryan air.

    Bring back the superheroes .

I am so very pleased I don’t live in binman’s world, where every glass is half empty.

It must be awful to get so little pleasure out of life.

I like the advert, and I think the refreshing, crisp graphics work well.

Certainly a contract to the brash advertising seen from other carriers.

So, the personal insults from VK to Binman start again.

Good choice of music. Sweetest Feeling by Jackie Wilson.

Emirates have been using it for about 2 years on their arrival video landing in Dubai.

Pleased to see BA are learning from the professionals.

    Another dreadful advert.

If I wanted a gin and tonic out of a plastic tumbler I suppose I would think that BA was the place to get it however I prefer mine out of a real glass!

I like it as well – maybe because I recognise the music! LOL!

They would of been better to compare fares. Then on top point out the added benefits like a drink. A friend of mine went out to Ibiza back in September for a week and she couldnt beleive how cheap the holiday i found her was £300 this also included hotel bed and breakfast. She said she would of never of looked because she thought it would be very expensive.

    @ Becky Boop

At least the production costs should have been quite low…

    @ Henckel Trocken

Can you even get a G&T on either Sh*teair or EJ – plastic “glass” or no plastic “glass”?
