US banking firm Chase is set to open two New York airport lounges under its Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club this month.
The group has unveiled its latest US lounge at LaGuardia this week, located in the airport’s Terminal B.
The two-floor facility is Chase’s largest lounge to date at 21,800 square feet (2,025 sqm), and features a retro-inspired game room with jukebox, shuffleboard, pinball and photo booth, as well as a kid’s playroom, nursing room and two wellness rooms offering Face Haus treatments.
F&B options include made-to-order and ready-to-eat choices by Joseph Leonard, beverages by Joe Coffee, and cocktails by Apotheke Mixology, and the lounge also features artwork curated by the JPMorgan Chase Art Collection, championing “the diversity, vibrancy and imagination present in New York City”.
Finally the lounge offers “ultra-luxe Reserve Suites”, which can be booked by Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers and which feature a bathroom with shower, Dyson hairdryer and Oribe products, a dining a menu from New York restaurant Jeffrey’s Grocery, and a signature caviar service.
Meanwhile Chase Sapphire is also set to add a lounge at New York JFK later this month, following an agreement with Etihad Airways.
From 23 January the former Etihad lounge on the mezzanine level of Terminal 4 above gate A2 will become the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club with Etihad Airways.
The Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club brand was launched in June 2021, and the first lounge opened at Hong Kong International airport in 2022.
This was followed by an “indoor/outdoor terrace” at Austin-Bergstrom International airport, and the group’s first full US lounge at Boston Logan International – both of which opened last year.
Chase Sapphire by The Club lounges are available to Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers through their complimentary Priority Pass membership, who can be accompanied by two free guests.
