Kerzner International has officially opened its latest One&Only One Za’abeel property in Dubai.
Positioned as its first urban vertical resort, its interiors are designed by Jean-Michel Gathy and feature a mix of rooms, suites, and a Villa One penthouse.
The interiors include a neutral colour palette and subtle sand motifs in its textiles, artworks, and sculptural lighting.
The luxury resort has dual skyscrapers which are intersected by the world’s longest cantilever, The Link – a boulevard floating 100 metres above the street.
The different suite types at the resort include Za’abeel Suite with 180-degree views of Dubai’s skyline, Creative Suites that have acoustic panelling and the latest AV technology, as well as the Royal Suite that has three distinct living areas including a dedicated dining area with seating for 10 guests and a private sitting room.
The resort additionally has two-storey spaces, including Skyline Loft and Villa One, while the 755sqm Villa One penthouse reimagines One&Only’s signature beach villas and has two bedrooms, a majlis, an outdoor infinity pool, a cinema, and a gym with guests here having access to a private chef too.
F&B options will be present within The Link. Atop The Link is Tapasake, One&Only’s homegrown concept serving contemporary Nikkei cuisine against the backdrop of views of the Dubai skyline and the UAE’s longest suspended infinity pool.
One&Only One Za’abeel will also host Dabiz Muñoz who brings his iconic concept StreetXO to Dubai. Guests can also avail of Indonesian cuisine at Andaliman, the newest One&Only homegrown concept, and Aelia which celebrates the French riviera through its cuisine.
The resort will have two gala ballrooms, six meeting rooms, and a private club for suites on the 53rd floor.
One&Only One Za’abeel is also home to the first Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie in the UAE. Spread over three floors, the Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie comprises 29 treatment rooms for wellbeing and clinical therapies, a Movement Studio with gym facilities, a Longevity Bar, as well as the first Longevity Index lounge in the region.
