Aldar Properties has partnered with Nikki Beach Global to develop three branded residential buildings in Ras Al Khaimah.
They will be located as part of a larger beachfront community on Al Marjan Island. Sales for them are set to launch later this year itself.
Nikki Beach Residences will offer fully furnished apartments with “curated living spaces and expansive balconies”.
The common areas will include a club house with a lounge and restaurant, and a hospitality suite for hosting gatherings.
The development is also being positioned as the first wellness-focused community in Ras Al Khaimah to achieve the global FitWel healthy building certification.
The project marks Aldar’s inaugural residential development in Ras Al Khaimah. Nikki Beach Residences will be located between Rixos Bab Al Bahr and DoubleTree by Hilton Resort and Spa Marjan Island, both of which were acquired by Aldar last year.
