The Ruby Group has unveiled plans for its second Dublin property, located on Middle Abbey Street close to the city’s main Henry Street shopping area.

The as-yet-unnamed property will feature 257 rooms, a rooftop bar and “prominent space in the entrance area”, with a planned opening date of the end of 2025.

Ahead of this the group will debut its “lean luxury” concept in the Irish capital next year, with the opening of the new-build Ruby Molly at the intersection of Arran Street East and Mary Street Little.

Ruby Hotels launched in 2013, and currently operates 16 properties in locations including London, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Hamburg and Zurich.

The group recently announced plans to debut the brand in France and Scotland, with properties in Marseille and Edinburgh respectively.
