Virgin Atlantic has unveiled details of its inflight Christmas menu, available on selected flights from December 24-26.
Passengers in every cabin will be able to enjoy seasonal dishes such as roast turkey with festive trimmings, or a mushroom and butternut squash wellington.
Festive desserts will include a milk chocolate and caramel mousse in economy, chocolate and caramel crunch in premium economy, and a millionaire’s chocolate log followed by a cheese platter in Upper Class. All passengers will also receive a Lindt chocolate reindeer during their travels.
The airline has also created a festive-inspired Mile High Tea for premium and Upper Class customers, served with a ‘Christmas Spirit’ cocktail crafted from Black Cow Vodka and Champagne.
The spread will include brie and cranberry, and cheese and fig chutney finger sandwiches, along with chocolate orange mini Christmas pudding, mince pie éclair, blackberry and bay leaf macaron and a warm scone.

To mark New Year’s Eve, all passengers departing on December 31 will receive Lily O’Brien’s Keylime Pie and Le Crunch Chocolat chocolates, while Upper Class and premium economy passengers will also receive a personal, mini bottle of Champagne.
Corneel Koster, chief customer and operating officer at Virgin Atlantic, commented:
“We know how much our customers are looking forward to travelling over Christmas, whether it be for some winter sun or to spend time with their loved ones. We want to ensure they start their journey with Virgin Atlantic in the best way possible and are more than ready to celebrate the festive period, as we get our customers to their destinations in style.”
