UAE-based hotel management company Rotana has announced that it will enter the Algerian market with a new property in Oran.

The Azure Rotana Resort & Spa, located in the Algerian port city on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, is set to open in March 2023.

It will include 185 rooms and suites, including eight sea view ambassador suites.

The property includes five food and beverage options including a lobby lounge, a shisha terrace, an all-day dining restaurant, a pool bar, and a specialty restaurant.

The Azure Rotana Resort & Spa will offer a range of services and amenities including a spa and treatment rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, and a kid’s club.

The grand ballroom meanwhile can accommodate up to 300 people, in addition to three fully-equipped meeting venues and a business centre on the premises that can be booked as well.

The resort is located close to landmarks within Oran such as the Fort Santa Cruz and Place du 1er Novembre.
