Vueling has announced three new winter-sun routes from Gatwick starting in December.

The low-cost carrier will offer three flights per week (Tuesday, Friday and Sunday ) to Tenerife South launching on December 6, followed by a twice-weekly service (Wednesday and Saturday) to Gran Canaria from December 7, and two flights per week (Thursday and Saturday) to Lanzarote starting on December 8.

The IAG member carrier said that the new routes formed part of its “Advanced Network Design transformative plan”, with the airline “putting particular emphasis on spreading the seasonality of sales with the expansion of the network to attractive destinations during the winter months”.

Earlier this year Vueling launched a raft of new services from Gatwick, to destinations including Seville, Malaga, La Coruna, Granada and Menorca.
