Aparthotel brand Adagio has opened its first flat under its Coliving concept within the Aparthotel Adagio Paris Bercy.
The brand announced the launch of the Coliving by Adagio concept last year, which is designed for large groups travelling together – whether for business or leisure.
The concept was designed in partnership with design studio Numero 111 and features a modern, urban design with a warm colour palette.
The Coliving by Adagio concept at Paris Bercy offers a self-contained flat with four rooms, accommodating up to eight people.
Each room has its own bathroom, and there is a separate ‘hub’ area within each flat which can be used as a shared multifunctional space. The communal spaces “are designed to be hybrid and not limited to a specific function”, inspired by The Circle communal spaces in Aparthotel Adagio properties.”
The hub features both leisure and business amenities, including a large fully equipped kitchen featuring a high-top table with power sockets, a TV, games consoles, Bluetooth speaker, books and board games.
Adagio has also recently partnered with French retail chain Monoprix to incorporate décor and culinary equipment from its Monoprix Maison range into the apartment, as well as contemporary furniture brand Ligne Roset’s Togo leather sofa and armchairs.
Monoprix’s food products are also now on offer in 80 Adagio properties.
Adagio is a joint venture between Accor and the Pierre and Vacances Center Parcs Group.
