British Airways has resumed its flights from London to Dubai for the first time since January.

The daily flights depart London Heathrow at 2225 and arrive in Dubai at 0825 the following day. The return leg leaves Dubai at 1215 and arrives at Heathrow at 1655.

Sohail Ali, British Airways’ Senior Vice President, Middle East and Africa, Airport Operations commented:

“We can’t wait to welcome our customers on board our flights and are delighted to be able to reunite families and friends with their loved ones after such a long time apart.

“The safety of our customers and colleagues has always been at the heart of everything we do. We have also introduced a range of measures to provide stress and hassle-free travel.”

The airline has also announced ten additional weekly flights from London to India. This news comes after India moved to the UK’s ‘amber’ list and the Indian government allowed UK carriers to operate 34 weekly flights.

The airline recently extended its flexible booking policies, allowing customers with flight or holiday bookings due to be completed by August 31, 2022 to either make amendments or cancel their trip in return for voucher credit.

Alongside this change, the validity of voucher credits has also been extended for use on trips until September 30, 2023.

British Airways has also launched a new interactive map providing its customers with the latest travel restrictions and entry requirements.
