Vistara inaugurated its non-stop flights between Mumbai, India, and Malé, Maldives.
The Tata-SIA carrier tweeted:
The inaugural flight, operated by the airline’s Airbus A320neo aircraft, departed Mumbai at 1010 hours (IST) today and landed in Malé at 1225 hours (MVT).
With this new service, Vistara becomes the only airline to offer the choice of premium economy class of travel on the route, in addition to business class and economy class.
The airline will fly three times a week on the route under the air bubble agreement signed between the governments of India and Maldives.

The Indian full-service carrier stated that it will accept all eligible customers meeting visa/entry requirements in both countries, as specified by the respective government bodies.
