Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas has launched its collection of private pool residences. The multi-million-dollar project started in 2020 with the redesigning of the property’s four-, three- and two-bedroom beach pool residences.
Two-Bedroom Over Water Pool Residences
Two-Bedroom Over Water Pool Residences were completed in early 2021. These overwater retreats are spread across 1,500 sqm space and feature floor-to-ceiling windows opening to stunning shades of blue. Outfitted with a kitchen in the living and dining room, each ensuite bedroom at either end offers ample outdoor living space. The infinity pool and shaded outdoor dining sala are ideal for some leisure time with friends and family.
The redesigning also saw the addition of a fully-equipped fitness centre equipped with TechnoGym machinery and a couple’s spa treatment room.
While experiencing a signature spa massage, get a peek into the marine life in abundance just beneath the residence. Glass-bottomed whirlpool bathtubs have also been fitted in each bathroom.
Each residence features Kajan thatched palm roofs and Balau hardwood flooring spanning the entire length of its expansive outdoor deck, along with a netted hammock suspended over water.
Four-, Three-and two-bedroom beach pool residences
The Four-Bedroom Beach Pool Residence is spread across 2,000 sqm of space. The tranquil sanctuary accommodates up to eight adults and four children, or 12 adults.
The remaining beachfront hideaways start from 1,330 sqm for the two-bedroom option to 1,770 sqm for the three-bedroom residence.
The newly extended swimming pools, measuring 20 metres x 6 metres for the four-bedroom retreat and 16 metres x 6 metres for the two- and three-bedroom residences, and are fitted with massage jets and an outdoor Sala Thai provides shaded relief for lounging and dining.
These residences also come with a dedicated villa host, a wine sommelier, personal chef and babysitting service on request.
