The online travel company, Make My Trip has curated a list of Indian destinations for professionals who wish to log in from elsewhere for their next work-related meeting.
“As people start to adapt to the new mode of working remotely, they have realised that the work can be completed from anywhere, be it from the hill, beaches or any other scenic location that the country has to offer,” said Make My Trip.
The company has observed an increasing trend of ‘workation’ (work+vacation) lately, and has witnessed a steady increase in inbounds from working professionals in Delhi and Bengaluru.

Jibhi, Himachal Pradesh:
Located in Banjar valley, this is a lesser-explored Himalayan village. Jibhi is settled on the banks of the Tirthan river and is completely free from any form of commercialisation. De-stress yourself with alluring views of mountains and river while working.
Tarkarli, Maharashtra:
Situated in the Malvan region, Tarkarli is known for its beautiful beaches and luxury resorts. Devbag and Tondavali beach are a few popular attractions. A wide river, beautiful sailboats, and tiny island hamlets add to the charm of this place. This seems like an ideal destination for a Zoom meeting.
Shimoga, Karnataka:
