Jet Airways has received its first Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. Following this new addition, the full-service carrier becomes the first Indian airline to fly the upgraded Boeing 737 MAX. The new airplane is said to provide improved fuel efficiency and passenger comfort.

The 737 has been the backbone of our dynamic fleet for many years and we are excited to leverage the superior capabilities of the new 737 MAX. Jet Airways has ordered a total of 150 Boeing 737 MAX airplanes- 75 aircrafts were ordered in 2015 and 75 earlier this year. jetairways.com
