La Premiere passengers on Air France’s long-haul routes will be offered dishes by three-Michelin star chef Anne-Sophie Pic over the summer months.
Pic has created dishes including beef chuck steak ravioli and foie gras consommé, half-baked lobster with celery, free-range chicken with chutney, lightly-cooked langoustine with sweet spices, and sole spiral with chard ravioli.
The dishes will be served in La Premiere cabins during August and September.
Anne-Sophie Pic is currently France’s only female three-Michelin star chef, and was named the Best Female Chef in the World in 2011. Pic runs the restaurant at Maison Pic in Valence, as well as Restaurant Anne-Sophie Pic in Lausanne, and La Dame de Pic in Paris.
Air France officially launched its new La Premier cabin in January this year, featuring a 79-inch-long fully-flat bed with a 30-inch wide futon mattress (see news January 2015).
