What’s it like?
The grandeur and magnificence of JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity were breathtaking. As soon as I entered the hotel the professional and courteous staff attended to me instantly and helped me with proceeding towards a seamless check-in.
Rooms
The hotel has 511 luxury accommodations, and the deluxe rooms are among the largest in India’s NCR. I stayed in a spacious one-bedroom Executive Suite with modern fitting and luxury amenities, a king-size bed, complimentary wireless internet, a spacious work desk and electrical outlets conveniently fixed near the workstation and much more. The suite also offered access to the club lounge. The room category also entitled me to an airport pickup and drop which was convenient during peak traffic hours.
Food and Drink
I began a busy day with a nourishing breakfast at K3 consisting of a large bowl of muesli, egg white omelette and sourdough toast washed down with delicious cappuccino coffee. In the evening I relaxed with a glass of red wine cheese at the club lounge. Guests can also relish illy’s coffee, fresh breads, cakes and pastries at Delhi Baking Company. JW Lounge at the lobby level is the perfect place to unwind with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Japanese food aficionados can enjoy a meal at Adrift Kaya, a modern Japanese Izakaya restaurant by Michelin star awarded Chef, David Myers.
Meetings
Whether hosting a MICE dinner, corporate gala, or grand wedding celebrations the hotel has plenty of venue spaces. The Grand Crystal Ballroom can seat 1400 guests and can also be broken out into smaller rooms. In-house planners and a talented culinary team take care of every small detail to make the function memorable.
Leisure
Guests can indulge at the restaurants and bars, enjoy a leisurely day at the renowned spa, swim in the heated outdoor pool or work out at the modern fitness centre. The hotel is close to Worldmark Aerocity for guests who would like to indulge in retail therapy.
Verdict
I enjoyed my short but delightful stay at JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity with its attention to small details to make a guest feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend it.
