The Montcalm London Marble Arch has launched a new service offering guests free use of smartphones during their stay.
Provided by smartphone rental service Handy, the devices allow guests to make free local and international calls (to selected countries), as well as to browse the internet via wifi and 3G.
The phones also come pre-loaded with interactive maps, and one-touch reservation options for local restaurants and attractions.
The service is currently only available at the Montcalm London Marble Arch, but the group intends to expand it to other Montcalm properties.
Initially launched in Hong Kong, Handy says its smartphones will be used by 18.1 million hotels guests in Hong Kong and Singapore this year.
