Swire Hotels has launched The House Collective, bringing together the group's "House" hotels under a single brand.
The Asian group currently has three House properties – The Upper House in Hong Kong, The Opposite House in Beijing, and the soon-to-open Temple House in Chengdu.
Brian Willams, managing director of Swire Hotels, said The House Collective is "designed for the seasoned traveller".
He added: "Our goal is to create a series of highly individualised hotels which house a range of dynamic restaurants and uniquely designed facilities."
The Upper House in Hong Kong has 117 studios and suites, with city views from Level 49 at Café Gray Deluxe; the 99-studio Opposite House in Beijing has four restaurants and bars, including Jing Yaa Tang by restaurateur Alan Yau; and The Temple House in Chengdu, which opens in July, is a 100-studio hotel with 49 residences, three restaurants and a bar, event spaces, day spa, and a tea house.
Swire recently expanded into the UK market under the Chapter Hotels branding, with properties in Cheltenham and Exeter (see news, October 2010).
