New World Hotels has announced that its latest addition will open its doors in October.
New World Beijing Hotel is located in Chongwenmen, one of the city's fastest growing commercial areas, near popular landmarks such as Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the shopping streets of Wangfujing.
The property features 309 suites and guestrooms that range from 47-sqm Superior rooms to the 400-sqm Presidential suite. Facilities include four dining outlets and a health club consisting of a gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms. There is also 1,532 sqm of meeting, conference and banquet space.
New World Beijing Hotel will also offer guests of the Residence Club floor additional privileges, including access to the private Living Room for free buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails and refreshments throughout the day. An outdoor terrace that occupies over 1,000 sqm of space is also available on the club floor – the largest hotel executive floor terrace amongst Beijing’s deluxe hotels.
The new addition is the latest in New World Hotels’ bid to refresh and upgrade many of its properties. It recently completed a major makeover for its Manila and Shanghai hotels (see here).
