Hong Kong-based pay-in lounge service provider Plaza Premium Lounge has launched a “meet and greet” service at Singapore Changi Airport for arriving, departing and transit passengers.
There are three tiers to choose from. Standard service, priced at S$12 (US$ 9.5), consists of a dedicated staff member to escort the guest through airline procedures and airport formalities. Gold Service, which costs S$48 (US$38), adds a bouquet of flowers on top of the standard service. This is expected to be popular among corporate clients who book the service for their VIP guests a gesture of appreciation. For S$112 (US$88.5), platinum service comes with limousine transfer between the hotel and the airport in addition to the gold service offerings. All the prices include baggage handling, and for an extra S$12 (US$9.5), you can hire help to handle application of passenger visa, fill in immigration cards and deliver documents between the landside and the airside. Transit passengers will be greeted after the aerobridge, and for a special price of $28 (US$22) they may use Plaza Premium’s Green Market lounge (for more on the facility, click here).
“Meet and greet” must be booked online at least 48 hours prior to arrival or departure. There are Plaza Premium reception counters in all Changi terminals, near the travel agent counters.
