Mandarin Oriental will launch a new hotel and residences in Atlanta by taking over, and rebranding, the existing Mansion on Peachtree (pictured below).
The property currently belongs to Rosewood Hotels and Resorts, but will be rebranded from May 2012.
The hotel, situated in the prestigious Buckhead neighbourhood, consists of 127 guestrooms and 25 private residences, which will also be rebranded as The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta.
Facilities at this hotel include an all-day dining restaurant, bar, gym, indoor swimming pool, a spa with 14 treatment rooms, and a ballroom with the capacity for 130 seats.
This property is the group’s ninth hotel in the United States.
