Finnair has signed a codeshare agreement with oneworld partner Qantas for flights between Helsinki and various Australian destinations from February onwards.
The bilateral agreement will see Finnair’s ‘AY’ code on Qantas’ flights from Singapore and Bangkok and Qantas’ ‘QF’ code on Finnair’s flights from Singapore and Bangkok to Helsinki.
The new services will begin in February, when Finnair begins twice daily flights to Bangkok. Passengers can travel onwards from Bangkok to Sydney. From May onwards, when Finnair launches daily flights to Singapore, passengers will get access to Brisbane, Sydney and Perth.
