What about young kids, older people, people with UTI etc?
You could say the same thing about any public loo in the UK, I imagine, but why should people have to be concerned about the availability of a lav on a public transport aircraft?
We know that 50:1 (pax to lav) works well enough, this particular issue is a ‘premium’ airline deciding to go 100:1, which doesn’t and impacts on Y and C class pax, in different ways.
