BA – Caught short

    I can’t think when I have ever needed to use the toilets on a European short haul flight. Simply don’t drink too much beforehand or on the plane, and if necessary make sure you go before you board….

    What about young kids, older people, people with UTI etc?

    Fair enough FDOS, but nearly all the passengers I see heading for the toilets on short haul flights are in the 20-50 age range

    You could say the same thing about any public loo in the UK, I imagine, but why should people have to be concerned about the availability of a lav on a public transport aircraft?

    We know that 50:1 (pax to lav) works well enough, this particular issue is a ‘premium’ airline deciding to go 100:1, which doesn’t and impacts on Y and C class pax, in different ways.
