My experience on CPT/LHR two nights ago was rather different. Yes the mixed crew were young, but the service belied their years, indeed it was exemplary and, given there were only six of us in F that night, highly personal. No desire for midnight snacks either, fed and watered to perfection. Kudos BA and thank goodness for Avios.
